Sellers emerged as the Warriors' primary keeper in his inaugural season in Ottumwa. The freshman cemented his name in the Indian Hills record books as one of the top netminders in the 17 years of existence of Indian Hills soccer.

Sellers made 13 starts in net for the Warriors, posting a 6-2-5 overall record on the year, including an unblemished mark in league play. Sellers' 0.70 goals against average set a new school record at Indian Hills while becoming just the second individual in program history to post a sub-1.00 GAA. Sellers' 0.70 mark was good enough for seventh among all goalies in the NJCAA this season.

Sellers tallied five shutouts on the year, fifth-most in school history. Sellers' 0.789 save percentage on the year also ranks fifth in school history for the Warriors.

As a member of the Warrior defense, Sellers helped set a new school record with a 0.93 GAA on the year, the 13th-best mark in the NJCAA.

The freshman was twice tapped as the ICCAC DI Men's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week.
